These terms are written in plain English on purpose — Unfreeze is a small, independently-run product, not a large company with a legal department. By using Unfreeze or paying to unlock it, you're agreeing to the points below.
Unfreeze is a debt and budget planning tool that helps you see a projected debt-free date and compare payoff strategies (Avalanche vs. Snowball) based on numbers you enter yourself.
Unfreeze is not financial, legal, or tax advice. It's a calculator based on the figures you provide — it doesn't know your full financial situation, and its projections are estimates, not guarantees. Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional (such as a free debt charity adviser) for advice specific to your circumstances.
Unfreeze offers a free tier (up to 2 debts and 1 income source) and a one-time payment of £8 to unlock full access — unlimited debts and income sources, the full Budget tab, and the Payoff Plan tab. This is a single one-off payment, not a subscription: you won't be charged again.
Access is unlocked per browser/device, based on local storage, not a user account. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, use "Already paid? Restore purchase" with the email you used at checkout to unlock it again — this looks up your payment with Stripe and doesn't charge you a second time.
If Unfreeze isn't right for you, email londonurse.store@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
Your debts, income, expenses, and savings are stored only in your browser's local storage — see the Privacy Policy for details. This means:
Please don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for resale, or misuse the service (including the payment/unlock system) in bad faith. Reasonable personal use, inspecting the code out of curiosity, or feedback/bug reports are always welcome.
Unfreeze is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for financial decisions you make based on Unfreeze's projections, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (for example, in cases of fraud).
